There needs to be an emphasis on what parts of a meeting are being put together for the better of everyone.  There needs to be a cohesive flowing purpose that supersedes the success of one individual or the organization.  Where ethical behaviors are organic byproducts of the Empowermeets formula for advancement. Careful preparationism is made to identify each attendee and engage them in their strengths.  We use excellent self-diagnostic tests that we will collaborate with Leadership to position each participant for a win- win.  These tests can be agnostic but approved by leadership.  This way we head off the  top challenges to creating an inclusive and diverse environment, fear of self-loathing, and get all attendees to contribute and be all in.
